MeetAt Data meeting was 01.06.2010 upgraded to a new solution based on Cisco Systems WebEx, the leading dataconference solution.
A data meeting can combine with a telephone meeting, enabling the participants to share files and work interactively on documents
during the meeting.
A data meeting can be started whenever you want, without pre-booking, you just need to be a registered user.
After registration you will receive a welcome letter via e-mail with your password and instructions on how to get started. By first-time login, you will be prompted to change your password so you can choose a password that is easy for you to remember.
To hold a meeting, you can either book in advance or choose to start it immediately. If you install WebEx Productivity Tools (you will be guided on first login), you can easily start a meeting at any time from
several different programs on your computer. You can also create an invitation to the meeting directly from your e-mail program.
In addition to start a meeting by using the Productivity Tools, you can also start the meeting directly from https://meetat.webex.com
When you book or start a data meeting, the meeting is automatically assigned a number and you can choose a password that participants
will use to access the meeting. The invited participants will receive an email with a link and password to the meeting, and phone number and PIN to the telephone
meeting.
